The creek attracts bird life, making it a joy to sit on the deck and listen to them play. Heron's, Brush Turkey's, Drongo's, Kookaburra's, Blue Faced Honeyeater's and many more.

If you are lucky you will spot a Goanna or a Green Tree Frog.

It is so peacful that you may find it hard to tear yourself away, just the perfect spot to unwind, read a book or sip a glass or two of your favourite tipple. You will feel so at home you will never want to leave.

The deck is planted either side for added privacy and feeling of being away from everything.

If you listen, you can hear the sound of the surf breaking on the beach, just a wonderful relaxing noise.

The unit is very close to Agnes Water town centre and the beach, with plenty of room to spread out for comfort.
